Calvin Bagley is the Founder and President of Nuvo Health, a nationally recognized Medicare Field Marketing Organization he founded in 2011 as a solo independent agent in Las Vegas. Today, Nuvo Health includes The Medicare Store, with physical locations across Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas; Medicare Hub, supporting independent brokers nationwide; and PlanFit Medicare, a salaried virtual advisory team built on the principle that the person giving you guidance should never have a financial incentive to recommend one plan over another.
A respected industry leader, Calvin serves on the NABIP Medicare Advisory Committee and is a passionate advocate for independent Medicare brokers and the beneficiaries they serve. He lives in Las Vegas with his wife, Karissa, and their two children.

David Garcia is the Senior Medicare Sales Consultant for Warner Pacific Insurance Services, one of California’s top health insurance General Agencies and Ventura County chapter President for CAHIP. David is committed to educating agents about the opportunities available in our nation’s Baby Boomer market and exposing opportunities available to agents within their community, network and book of business. He has the ability to simplify the Senior Sale by properly identifying the correct Medicare solution for each client and arming agents with the tools they need to remain compliant. David began his career in the insurance industry in 1998 as a member of the Senior Sales Support team at Blue Cross of California (now Anthem) and has held various roles in support of agent sales since then. A certified CrossFit L2 trainer, athlete and coach at CrossFit Kerosene, David resides in Newbury Park, California, with his wife Desiree, two sons Aiden and Ashton and 4 legged son Apollo.

Dawn McFarland is the Founder and President of M & M Benefit Solutions Insurance Services. She is passionate about helping individuals—especially those becoming Medicare-eligible— make confident, informed decisions about their health coverage. While Medicare is her primary focus, Dawn stays closely engaged with developments in the large and small group, ACA, and Medicaid markets, recognizing that each plays an important role in shaping the healthcare system as a whole.

A dedicated advocate for consumers and the insurance professionals who serve them, Dawn is deeply committed to NABIP's mission. As a co-author of the NABIP Healthcare Bill of Rights, she is driven by a desire to advance meaningful, positive change in the U.S. healthcare system and ensure consumers have access to informed guidance and quality coverage.

Dawn also volunteers as a community educator for the Alzheimer's Association and currently serves as the NABIP Regional Vice President for Region 8, and as the Immediate Past President of the California Agents and Health Insurance Professionals (CAHIP). Throughout her volunteer leadership, she has been recognized by NABIP with both the Distinguished Service Award and the prestigious State Legislative Achievement Award. In addition to countless committees and local and state chair positions, she previously served as the social media chair for NABIP media relations (and our Cap Con hashtag went viral), Chair of the NABIP Leadership & Development Committee, and four years on NABIP's Medicare Advisory Council.

Justin Bendler is a Group Dental and Vision Sales Representative with Ameritas, covering California's Central Valley. He's spent his entire 10-year career with Ameritas helping brokers and their clients make sense of dental, from plan design to networks and all the details in between. The details that actually impact members' experience and cost. He's based in Fresno, where he can usually be found chasing golf balls around the course, and his golden retriever, Winnie, when he's not.

Susan Hatch has been a independent agent with the sole focus on Medigap-Medicare Supplement's for over 21 years. Susan wrote in the Fresno Bee every Monday for 10 years called "Your Medicare Supplement Corner - Ask Susan Hatch". She wrote 4 cover stories for The California Broker Magazine, A speaker at The Central California Women's Conference 3 times, and a speaker at The National Medicare Supplement conference many times. 

Cullen Wright is a retired U.S. Army Colonel with 34 years of service, leading Soldiers and organizations from the platoon level to strategic assignments at the Pentagon and is a Bronze Star recipient for his actions in Iraq. He now brings that same mission-first leadership to the Medicare space as a nationally recognized authority on veterans’ healthcare benefits. Driven by a commitment to continue to serve those who served, he authored VETECARE: The Veterans’ Survival Guide to Medicare. Cullen is known for cutting through the complexity of VA, CHAMPVA, TRICARE, and Medicare, training agents and advising health care organizations nationwide. As Director of Veterans Initiative Programs at Advocate Health Advisors, he leads the VETECARE initiative, equipping agents to execute at a higher level in service to the veteran community.

Craig Gussin, CLO has been in the financial service business for over 25 years. Craig is the CEO of Auerbach & Gussin Insurance and Financial Services, Inc. Craig has been active in CAHIP (California Agents & Health Insurance Professionals) and NABIP (the National Association of Benefit and Insurance Professionals) for over 20 years and is CAHIP current President along with being the NABIP Chair of the Media & Communication Committee. He has written articles, conducted seminars, been interviewed on TV, Radio, in the newspapers and magazines (including the Wall Street Journal & Money Magazine.)
